I’m Brittany Wells-Pantaleo, MSW, RSW, a multi–award-winning therapist and social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through different stages of life. I help women navigate anxiety, burnout, depression, and self-esteem struggles with a mix of warmth, humour, and evidence-based strategies. My sessions are designed to feel approachable and conversational, more like coffee with a friend — while still giving you the insight and tools you need to create lasting change. Together, we’ll untangle the stress, build confidence, and help you feel more grounded in who you truly are.

$190 per 50 minute session
