Amy offers therapy in person at our Moncton clinic as well as virtually to clients across New Brunswick. She works with individuals ages 13 and up, providing 50-minute individual sessions at a rate of $160. For added convenience, Blue Cross direct billing is available for her clients.

Amy has extensive experience supporting youth and young adults in the non-profit sector. She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

Amy takes a client-centred approach, working collaboratively with individuals to empower them in their mental health journey. She tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each client, with a particular focus on gender identity, ADHD, Autism, PTSD/trauma, and anxiety and depression.

Drawing on evidence-based techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy, Amy helps clients develop healthier coping strategies and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Her integrative approach fosters personal growth and emotional well-being, supporting clients in achieving excellent balance and fulfillment.
