About Hannah

Hannah is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate (LCT-C) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who specializes in providing counselling to youth aged 12 and older, but offers counselling to individuals of all ages. She offers a warm, trauma-informed, client-centred approach, integrating therapeutic methods from Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and an Internal Family Systems framework. Hannah adapts her approach to each client’s individual needs, strengths, personality, and goals to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for growth.

Hannah specializes in supporting clients who are struggling with platonic, romantic, or sexual relationships, familial conflict, identity-related concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, trauma, and burnout. Hannah also supports clients navigating sexuality and gender, self-criticism, feeling overwhelmed, difficulties with motivation, and the challenges that can come with relationships, school, work, and major life changes.

Hannah believes that therapy should be collaborative and tailored to the individual rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. She places strong value on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Whether supporting a teenager navigating their identity or an adult exploring ADHD, Hannah is committed to helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
