Jillian Ryan, LCT-C
Jillian offers therapy in person at our Moncton clinic as well as virtually to clients across New Brunswick. She works with individuals ages 16 and up, providing 50-minute sessions at a rate of $160. For added convenience, Blue Cross direct billing is available for her clients.
Jillian is a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate who places a client-centred approach at the heart of her work. She creates a supportive, compassionate space where individuals feel truly seen and heard. Jillian believes in the healing power of conversation and the importance of a non-judgemental environment, one where thoughts, emotions, and experiences shaping daily life can be explored.
Her therapeutic style is flexible and integrative, drawing from multiple modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. Together with clients, she works to make sense of challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self.
Jillian’s background includes a degree in Kinesiology and experience in nursing homes and hospital settings. These roles gave her a deep appreciation for seeing people as whole beings—mind, body, and story—and for understanding the complex ways physical and emotional health intersect.
She has a special interest in supporting those navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Whether someone is facing a difficult decision or adjusting to change, Jillian walks alongside them with empathy, curiosity, and care.
