Jocelynn offers therapy in person at our Moncton clinic as well as virtually to clients across New Brunswick. She works with individuals ages 19 and up, providing 50-minute individual sessions at a rate of $160, couples sessions at a rate of $180, and EMDR sessions at a rate of $180. For added convenience, Blue Cross direct billing is available for her clients.

Jocelynn is a highly experienced therapist with over 18 years in the mental health field. She holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and is a Licensed Counselling Therapist. Trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Jocelynn specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma and severe stress. In addition to trauma therapy, she has extensive experience in couples counseling, utilizing the Gottman method to help partners resolve conflict, rebuild connection, and foster greater understanding.

Jocelynn also works with clients facing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, substance use, and life transitions. She is proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Taking a holistic and compassionate approach, she is dedicated to addressing emotional, mental, and spiritual health, with a special interest in helping clients navigate crises of faith. Jocelynn provides a safe, supportive space for personal growth, healing, and transformation.
