Katrina offers therapy in person at our Moncton clinic as well as virtually to clients across New Brunswick. She works with individuals ages 13 and up, providing 50-minute individual sessions at a rate of $160 and family sessions at a rate of $180. For added convenience, Blue Cross direct billing is available for her clients.

Katrina is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate (LCT-C) who specializes in working with teenagers but also supports adults across all stages of life. She uses a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, integrating therapeutic methods such as acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy to provide personalized care.

Katrina helps clients manage a range of challenges, including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, family conflict, burnout, and trauma. She also assists individuals in setting boundaries, improving self-esteem, and addressing spiritual concerns. Believing that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, Katrina focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for lasting change.
