About Katrina

Katrina is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate (LCT-C) who specializes in working with teenagers but also supports adults across all stages of life. She uses a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, integrating therapeutic methods such as acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy to provide personalized care.

Katrina helps clients manage a range of challenges, including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, family conflict, burnout, and trauma. She also assists individuals in setting boundaries, improving self-esteem, and addressing spiritual concerns. Believing that therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, Katrina focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for lasting change.

Whether you’re a teenager dealing with anxiety or an adult seeking support for life’s challenges, Katrina is dedicated to helping you develop resilience, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal growth. Her compassionate and individualized approach ensures that each client feels fully supported on their journey.
