Kelly offers therapy in person at our Moncton clinic as well as virtually to clients across New Brunswick. She works with individuals ages 18 and up, providing 50-minute sessions at a rate of $160. For added convenience, Blue Cross direct billing is available for her clients.

Kelly is a Licensed Counselling Therapist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and low self-esteem. She takes a practical, client-focused approach, tailoring each session to the specific needs and goals of the person she is working with.

Kelly builds strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy. Her work is grounded in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.
